# Happy Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026.

These terms cover the Happy theme for HubSpot ("the theme"), which Hoplyy ("we", "us") distributes free of charge through the HubSpot Template Marketplace, and the support we provide for it. By installing the theme you agree to them.

## 1. Licence

- You may install and use the theme on any HubSpot account that you own or manage, for as many websites as you like.
- You may change the theme's code, settings and content to suit your own sites.
- You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the theme, or a modified version of it, as a product of your own. Building websites for clients with it is fine.
- The theme remains the property of Hoplyy. HubSpot's own terms apply to your use of HubSpot.

## 2. Demo content

The photographs, company name, prices, reviews and figures shipped with the theme are placeholders that show what a finished site looks like. Replace them with your own before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for having the rights to any images and text you add.

## 3. Support and updates

Email support for installing the theme and for defects in it is included for as long as the theme is listed. We aim to answer within two working days. Updates are delivered through the HubSpot Template Marketplace and never change your page content, theme settings or global content. Support does not cover custom development, content writing or changes to HubSpot itself.

## 4. No warranty

The theme is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will meet every requirement, work with every third-party tool or be free of defects. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hoplyy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the theme, including lost revenue, lost leads or data loss.

## 5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the theme after a change means you accept the new terms.
